> What you get from Cleo, what it costs, and the rules of your account.

**What you get.** Cleo reads what you connect, remembers what you tell her, picks who is worth reaching, and drafts the email or text. She is an assistant, not your judgment. Check what she writes before you send it.

**Sending.** Nothing goes to one of your contacts until you confirm that exact message. It sends from your own mailbox, one at a time, never in a batch, and there is no way to approve future messages in advance. That makes the email yours: you are the sender, and the anti-spam rules you already follow are the ones that apply. When your CRM is connected, Cleo logs each email you send to that client’s record. A text opens in your Messages in one tap, written and addressed, and you send it.

**Changes in your apps.** Cleo changes your connected apps only when you ask, unless you tell her to keep them up to date without asking. Either way she tells you each change and you can undo it, and she never deletes anything or messages a client without your yes.

**What it costs.** Free until you have used $2 of model spend or 7 days have passed, whichever comes first. After that $49 USD a month from the day you add a card, charged monthly, or $480 USD a year, charged once a year, your pick when you add the card. Cancel any time from Billing. No refund for a month already started, and none for a year already started: cancel a yearly plan and it runs to the end of the year you paid for, then stops. If a price changes we tell you a month ahead.

**Referrals.** From time to time we run a referral campaign with a start and end date. During one, a paying user can share a link. A new user who signs up through it gets a credit worth one month once they add a card, and the user who shared it gets the same credit after the new user’s first payment, up to six a campaign. Credits come off future charges, have no cash value, and cannot be moved to another account. We can end a campaign early or change future ones.

**Your account.** Your phone number is your account. One person per account, and don’t give Cleo a contact list you have no right to hold. The same goes for listings your own tools post to Cleo with your API keys: you are responsible for having the right to send them, and Cleo never reads a listing site herself. Don’t give her your MLS password, a card number or a SIN either. Type one anyway and code cuts it out before Cleo reads the message or saves anything from it, and she tells you she left it out. Code can’t cut inside a photo, a PDF or a voice recording before the AI company doing the reading sees it. Your phone and mail providers still hold what they carried, so the safest thing is not to send it at all.

**When it breaks.** Cleo is new software talking to other people’s software, and she will be wrong sometimes. We give no warranty, and what you can claim from us is capped at what you paid us in the last three months. Tell us and we will fix it.

**Leaving.** Cancel any time. Your data stays until you ask for it to be removed. Ask, and you get an export of everything, then a person deletes it. A voice note or a photo is kept as what was read off it and a link to the file, and that link stops working after about 30 days. We can close an account that abuses the service, and we’ll say why.
