What you get. Cleo reads what you connect, remembers what you tell her, picks who is worth reaching, and writes the email. She is an assistant, not your judgment. Check what she writes before you send it.

Sending. Nothing goes to one of your contacts until you confirm that exact message. It sends from your own mailbox, one at a time, never in a batch, and there is no way to approve future messages in advance. Which means the email is yours: you are the sender, and the anti-spam rules you already follow are the ones that apply.

What it costs. Free until you have used $1.25 of model spend or 14 days have passed, whichever comes first. After that $49 a month from the day you add a card, charged monthly, or $480 a year, charged once a year, your pick when you add the card. Cancel any time from Billing. No refund for a month already started, and none for a year already started: cancel a yearly plan and it runs to the end of the year you paid for, then stops. If a price changes we tell you a month ahead.

Your account. Your phone number is your account. One person per account, and don’t give Cleo a contact list you have no right to hold. Don’t give her your MLS password, a card number or a SIN either. Send one anyway and code cuts it out before Cleo reads the message or saves anything from it, and she tells you she left it out. Your phone and mail providers still hold what they carried, so the safest thing is not to send it at all.

When it breaks. Cleo is new software talking to other people’s software, and she will be wrong sometimes. We give no warranty, and what you can claim from us is capped at what you paid us in the last three months. Tell us and we will fix it.

Leaving. Cancel any time. Your data stays until you ask us to remove it. Ask, and you get an export of everything, then a person deletes it. We can close an account that abuses the service, and we’ll say why.
