Questions

Why not just use ChatGPT or Claude?

ChatGPT and Claude are great assistants, but you have to drive them. You open the app, explain who your client is, ask the right question, then go do the work yourself. Cleo already knows your clients from your email, your CRM and your voice notes. Every morning she texts you who to call and why, with the email already written. You don’t prompt her. You reply.

Does Cleo text or email my clients?

No. Cleo never contacts your clients on her own. She writes the draft and you decide. An email goes from your own inbox only after you’ve read it and said send. A text opens on your phone, ready for you to send yourself.

Where is my data stored?

In Canada, in Montreal. The AI that reads it runs in the United States, like every major AI service today. We never use your data to train AI, and you can see, fix or delete anything Cleo remembers.

Which CRMs does Cleo work with?

Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Attio connect directly. So do Google Sheets, Airtable and Notion. On another CRM? Send Cleo your contacts file.

Do I need to download an app?

No. Cleo lives in your text messages. There’s a web app for your settings and to see what she remembers, but most days you won’t need it.
